The cross of Jesus
It is at the top because it comes first: my Christian values, the idea that work is not only about standing out, but about serving, caring and answering to something higher than oneself.
Who I Am
This page does not try to sound perfect. It is where I explain the compass behind Pais Solutions: my values, my logo, where I come from and the kind of person I want to be when I work with others.
It is at the top because it comes first: my Christian values, the idea that work is not only about standing out, but about serving, caring and answering to something higher than oneself.
It represents intellect, continuous learning and the will to innovate. Learning not as an accumulation of titles, but as discipline to understand reality better.
We all walk in search of truth. For me, building technology is also that: ordering, illuminating, removing noise and getting a little closer to an honest solution.
The Saint Andrew’s cross in the background recalls effort, dedication and service to others. "To serve, serve": doing the small things well, seeking detail and delivering a product no one has to hide from.
ADILA sums up five values I want people to notice in what I build and how I work: authenticity, discipline, integrity, loyalty and love.
Work from the truth, without hype or pretending there is more than there is.
Consistency, order and high standards when the initial enthusiasm fades.
Doing the right thing even when it is not the most comfortable option, protecting truth and not separating results from principles.
Be faithful to the trust received, to people and to commitments made.
Love understood as service: caring, listening, seeking the good of the other person and paying attention to small details.
There is a very practical side to how I work: look closely at the problem, understand the person who suffers it and build something that can truly be used.
Roots, closeness, sense of community and respect for work well done.
Technical training to understand systems, data, networks, logic and complexity.
Interest in business, processes, finance, communication and real adoption.
Learning by building: websites, apps, automations, photography, streaming and local tools.
